It wasn’t until I got to college that I truly understood how much trouble people have with sleeping.

Around every corner, you hear someone talking about how little sleep they were able to get, or someone else boasting about how they took a test after only lying their head on the pillow for a couple of hours.

Seeing this disordered sleep among college students introduced to me the host of problems that people can and do have, in college or not.

Sleep is something that you think we’d have figured out by now, but in a world of continually new and freshly developed technology, it’s hard to keep up and listen to what our body really needs.
